Vacation checks have been mailed to your address of record if you submitted a signed request letter to the Fund Office. Those Members who have made advance arrangements with Connie Meadows to personally pick up checks may do so during normal business hours commencing Friday, November 3, 2022. If you have NOT received your check by Monday, 11/20/2023, please contact the Fund office at (618) 998-1300. Replacement checks WILL NOT be generated until after that date.

Any requests for distribution after 11/20/2023 will have to be made in the form of a formal appeal to the Joint Board of Trustees to consider at the 02/21/2024 Quarterly Board Meeting. If you have questions about the appeals process, please contact Connie at (618) 998-1300. The next distribution period will be in May of 2024. Letters will be mailed to Members in April 2024 and will reflect contributions made for work through 03/31/2024.
